U.S. Returns or Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things just don't workout. No worries my friend, we're here for you! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 20 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, free of any stains, odor and fragrance, with tags, and in its original packaging within 20 days of receiving your package.
If your items meet the requirement above, please ship back using our pre-paid mailing label:
- $7.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your return
- $0 restocking fee for an exchange or refund for a store credit via USPS pre-paid mailing label

All sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
International Return Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges on International orders.
Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All international clients are responsible for payment of return labels and all associated shipping fees.
If you would like to get a prepaid return label from ICYMI, please email info@icymiwear.com with your order details. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once received back. Please note that duties & taxes are non-refundable.
If you choose to not use our pre-paid return labels, please ship your return to the below address (at your expense) and email info@icymiwear.com for your return slip that must be included. We strongly recommend opting for tracking details.
